RL Solutions believes in giving back to the communities where we work. We actively engage in community events and encourage all of our employees to do so as well.
Donation matching: RL Solutions recognizes that employees have causes and organizations that are important to them. We match employee donations to approved charitable organizations dollar for dollar.
Employee volunteering: To promote community awareness and instill a sense of civic pride, RL Solutions gives employees one Community Day a year. Employees can use this day to volunteer in their community at an organization of their choice.
Support for client success: We believe that it’s ourresponsibility to help our clients promote their successes to their organizations and to the public. RL Solutions offers promotional services, such as poster design, speaking opportunities, webinars and case study/article writing.
