Q. Who is eligible to join the rL Solutions Partner Program?
A. rL Solutions is open to investigating Partnerships with virtually any type of organization. The partnerships that are of greatest value are those that directly or indirectly bring value to our Clients and to other organizations in the Healthcare Industry.
With that being said, we categorize our Partners into three major categories:

Healthcare Specialist partners: Companies or individuals who are typically specialized and highly focused in various aspects of healthcare. These Partners provide additional services which compliment the rL Solutions suite of products. These individual healthcare practitioners and consulting organizations can also offer products from rL Solutions to compliment their go-to-market solutions and practices. Generally, Performance Specialist Partners work with rL Solutions on pre and post sales activities. They expect rL Solutions to sell directly to the customer, provide all necessary implementation services, and support the customer on an ongoing basis for anything related to the rL Solutions suite of products.

Solution Partners: Companies that have the resources and expertise to design, implement, host, and manage rL Solutions products on a regional, national, or multi national scale. Solution partners include systems integrators (SIs) and technology consultants.

Technology Partners: Software companies that extend, enhance or complement the rL Solutions suite of products. Technology Partners include platforms, independent software vendors (ISVs), and application service providers (ASPs).

Value Added Resellers (VARs): Companies whose primary business model is reselling the rL Solutions software applications with hardware, networking solutions, customer application software, project management, consulting services and/or software integration services to create value-added solutions that address specific IT needs and goals.

A. The rL Solutions Partner Program delivers a comprehensive set of benefits throughout every stage of the Partnership. From enablement, through development, marketing, sales, and support, rL Solutions is dedicated to creating and maintaing successful partner relationships. Program benefits include:
Public Relations Activities: Your organization will have the opportunity to work on joint public relations activities including, but not limited to: partnership announcements, client press releases, client success stories, and educational seminars.
Comprehensive Sales Training: Familiarize your sales team with the rL Solutions product suite and gain an understanding of the associated value propositions through comprehensive sales training.
Partner Resource center: Our developing partner portal, provides a wealth of program, product, marketing, and sales information tailored to meet the needs of partners in addition to detailed information on the partner program.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. There are no annual fees required for participation in the rL Solutions Partner Program.
