Expert Partners will typically offer services that compliment one or
more of the rL Solutions products. These partnerships can evolve
from simple referrals to joint collaboration on Webinars, Case
Studies, RFP’s and Sales. These types of partnerships bring
tremendous value to our Clients, as it provides them with needed
services that we otherwise would not be able to offer.
An
important aspect to any partnership is the ability to share leads and
make referrals where appropriate. Anyone and everyone who believes
in the rL Solutions Product Suite, and is confident in recommending
one or more of the products to hospitals who are in need of our tools
is welcome to submit a referral. Partners are financially rewarded
when their referrals result in a sale. Similarly, rL Solutions will
refer clients and prospects who looking for specific services to our
partner network, ensuring there is a mutual exchange of leads and
contacts.
Referrals

Partners just complete the requested information and a representative
from rL Solutions will contact them directly to review all
information and confirm the lead.
Technology (ISV, OEM)
Technology
Partners develop and provide complimentary technologies that enhance
the core functionality of the rL Solutions software suite. These
partners typically provide solutions which are integrated into one or
more rL Solutions Products.
Equally,
Technology Partners are also able to embed and integrate certain rL
Solutions technologies into their own solutions to meet specific
customer needs.

Engagement:
Technology
partners work with rL Solutions to create, market and sell
complimentary modules or tools to customers. There is a great deal
of collaboration between vendors to coordinate and delivery of all
marketing materials, product, and updates. Roles of the rL Solutions
team and the Technology Partners will vary depending on the
initiative.
Academic Alliance

universities and academic units to promote research collaboration.
