What really constitutes Peer Review? Oftentimes it appears to be all
inclusive – other times it is not. What does your state law say about
Peer Review and protection of that information? Does your medical staff
really do a good job performing peer review?

About Christina W. Giles and Medical Staff Solutions
Christina W. Giles, CPMSM, MS is the principal in Medical Staff
Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in education/training of
credentialing personnel and orientation/training of medical staff
leaders, assessment of medical staff administrative functions such as
credentialing, privileging and peer review, assessment and development
of medical staff governance documents: Bylaws, policies and procedures
and survey preparation. She is also one of the founding partners of
Edge-U-Cate, LLC, a company dedicated to providing cutting edge
educational resources. Ms. Giles serves as an advisor to multiple
medical staff publications, and is a contributing editor and co-author

Staff Services associates degree program for six years and for the

nationally on multiple topics such as accreditation preparation,
credentialing, privileging and management, peer review and competency
assessment.
