rL Solutions Introduces v.4.14 |
CAMBRIDGE-January 30, 2007-rL Solutions, the leader in patient safety
and risk management software today announced the release of version
4.xxxx for RiskMonitorPro (RMPro) and FeedbackMonitorPro (FMPro).
“This latest release of our RMPro and FMPRo products is a significant milestone for rL Solutions,” says Colin Hung, VP, Alliances and Marketing at rL Solutions. “Over the past year we have invested significant time, money and resources in our product development process. We instituted these changes so that we could be even more nimble and responsive to our customers’ and the market’s needs. Version 4.14 is the culmination of those efforts.”
Version 4.14 contains several new features as well as performance improvements and fixes. One of the most significant new additions is the powerful data exchange capability which will allow rL Solutions customers to easily import and export data to/from an RMPro and FMPro database.
“This import/export feature is another step towards our long-term vision of an open system – one that participates in, and contributes to, the free flow of information between all of a hospital’s electronic systems.” says Hung. Malaviya. As an example, this new feature will allow our customers to easily submit ADR event information to systems like MEDMARX from United States Pharmacopeia or general adverse event data to state reporting agencies like PA-PSRS and NYPORTS. rL Solutions customers will also be able to import data from other systems like feedback from NRC+Picker.
Other features bundled into Version 4.14 include:
- Cross Tab Reports Exported to Excel Data Files
A Cross Tab report created in Report Producer can now be exported to a Report Data File (.xls format). This Report Data File can be opened in MS Excel, where it can be formatted and customized to suit any customer requirements.
- Highlighting New Files in the Reviewed Files List
In the FMPro/RMPro web application, the Unreviewed files list (in the Info Center and Browse page) can now display new files as highlighted (in any way the user chooses, can be bold, italic, etc.) in the list, so that a user knows which files in the list require attention. This is similar to the way MS Outlook highlights new email messages.
