Toronto,

Partners in Health Information Technology 2008 mission, organized by the
Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC.
Meetings with Healthcare leaders in
Washington DC helps raise the profile of Canadian Healthcare IT in the U.S.
The
three day event, held between March 25th and 27th, 2008,
brought together experts in Canadian healthcare technology with key systems
integrators and Healthcare organizations in the U.S. mid-Atlantic market to
develop strategic partnerships for their products and services. On the mission,
rL Solutions met with industry leaders from Lockheed Martin, National Institute
of Health, National Naval Medical Center, St. Agnes Hospital, John Hopkins
Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente to discuss opportunities to work together to
improve the quality and safety of healthcare by effectively implementing and
using Information Technology.
